These monks are probably Sư Quốc Doanh in Viet Nam. What they wear looks more like fashion shows created by some European designers and not from respectable Buddhist monks. What did they do with their traditional, classic saffron robes that we are accustomed to see? They should be ashamed of themselves for being so eccentric and parading in such outrageous and ridiculous colorful garbs.
